As we found out while doing this energy work, it did not matter so much what your picture of the crown chakra was or how you believed it worked. What mattered was the awareness that it was an energy space that can be changed and ideally can be set with intention. Owning your seventh chakra, regardless of your pictures about it, is a very significant step in discovering your own personal brand of spirituality.
